It's Been a While

Even though nobody reads this, I still have been very lax in posting.

Couple thoughts:

TIVO---our Tivo is getting a workout and building up a serious backlog. The worst offender is Medium, which we used to watch very quickly, but is battling a few issues: 1) It is on at 10:00, very late for us 2) It is on on a Wednesday night, so when we don't watch it live, there ain't no chance it is gonna get watched on Thursday (the Perfect Storm of TV nights) 3) The episodes have been lacking lately, can't put my finger on what is lacking.  My wife and I have noticed that the whole crime part of the show is dealt with in the last 2 minutes, many times without the payoff of seeing the arrest or capture! 

American Idol--this season is weird for me. I like a few of the singers, but the rest are bad in a way that isn't even fun. There is no Pickler, Bucky, or others that while bad, at least had some personality. Even the good singers are somewhat lacking in personality. All I can do is wait untill March 20th--Elliott Yamin's CD release. I think every guy this year completely pales compared to him, even Blake and Sligh, my favorites this year. Even Chris Daughtry brought something to the stage that these guys don't.

My brain hurts, been a long week.
