I watch too much TV.
There I said it.
TIVO is my partner in this crime. (Amanda----you want DVR, you need DVR)
For example---last night, Golden Globes starts at 8, Antiques Roadshow (yes I am a loser) also at 8.
We lay down at about 8:15 after the kids are down and dishes put away, and I convince my wife that we need to watch a little AR so we can build up a "commercial" cushion on the GG's. We can zip through the first hour of the "globes" and skip commericals and boring parts of the show (not that there were too many---one of the reasons it is better than Oscar night).
I still have to watch Apprentice from Sunday night, and we haven't watched last week's ER (so sad to see the shell that this show has become). I am also starting to watch SNL again (Tivo'ed of course), which brings me back to the days of taping it every week and watching a bit before church on Sunday and then finishing before football (dana carvey, mike myers, phil hartman, chris rock, rob schneider, adam sandler days).
Tonight---Two Words......American, freakin', Idol Now my Tuesday nights have meaning again (after Friday Night Lights' move to Wednesday)

Nope, can't get a good wireless signal in the bedroom! So no live-blogging, oh well, one of these days I will get high-speed for real.

Sunday--Desp. Housewives (tivo Apprentice --but this year is shaky so far)
Monday--Watch Antiques Roadshow (if Danielle lets me) Watch Tivo'ed Apprentice (maybe even Tivo'ed ER from prev. Thursday)
Tuesday-- Now AI (D tivos Gilmore Girls)
Wed--Friday Night Lights
Thursday, warm up the Tivo, its gonna be busy--Office, Scrubs, Greys, ER (D will sprinkle in some Ugly Betty watching)
Friday--Catch up on some Tivo'ed stuff, usually ER (10 is so late these days, sad) Las Vegas (pure bubble-gum for 1 hr.)
Depending on the week and my awareness, I will Tivo random stuff such as Mythbusters, Miami Ink, and other stuff up in the 200s on DirecTV, I don't go crazy with the season pass recording stuff.
